You really bring out an elegiac, reminiscing feeling. Your bridge to the second part is both technically flawless and musical! As the endearing second theme. Maybe here (slightly later) i really like a faster tempo better though. At the end you use it to its best again. A nice performance, and great to see some Alkan played! :) |
